Project Description

Getaway is a stylish, modern gulet designed for charter in the Mediterranean. She sets herself apart from other yachts of this style with her modern lines, large flybridge, enormous open deck spaces, use of large windows and skylights.

Getaway’s hull and superstructure are finished in Pearl White and she boasts beautifully varnished Sapelli gunwales and wide sheer strakes to add a touch of the classic in her overall appearance. Getaway’s hull is a traditional gulet form with a rounded stern, flared bow and long keel. Her clipper bow follows to a greater angle aft underwater than traditionally found on gulets which allows for better manoeuvring. She has a large superstructure which accommodates a large bright saloon.

The philosophy used in the exterior & interior design of Getaway was oriented towards chartering. Flexibility was incorporated in the cabins to allow the twin beds to become doubles. Primarily light colours were used in the interior and the design and décor kept modern, minimalistic and spacious in order to appeal to a large variety of people. Large open deck spaces were important for guests to enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean weather.
